Return of Earnings
Under the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases (COID) Act, all employers must submit a Return of Earnings (ROE), also known as W.As.8, to the Compensation Fund annually. This submission details the total annual earnings of employees, which, combined with the business category, determines the assessment fee payable to the Compensation Fund. These submissions are crucial to maintaining compliance and ensuring that workers are covered for occupational injuries and diseases.
We will need your COIDA registration number to be able to process your request.
